Degree OptionsSocial Sciences majors have a broad range of opportunities and options that aim to provide students with a strong but diverse base of experiences in the social sciences, while also allowing sufficient flexibility to allow each student to find his or her own niche. Departmental degree options include a general Social Science degree (BS) as well as three more focused options. In addition, students can pursue a BA degree in history.
