•  List of 2-3 key supreme ct precedents for your case. For each case explain why it is significant to your case, and if it helps you or hurts you. Also explain how it can be distinguished from your case.

•  After looking at the Lexis/Nexis Academic Database, specifically the law review articles, find and list 2-3 articles relevant to your case. Print out one.

•  In one or two paragraphs describe the policy implications of your case – that is explain to the reader the “bad” consequences of a decision that supports your opponent and/or the ‘good' consequences of a decision in your client's favor.
